Kalio ayam method:

1. Add paste to 700ml water and bring to boil.

2. Add 7-8 pcs (1.4kg aprox) of cut chicken and cook on medium heat till chicken is 3/4 done.

3. Add 200-300ml coconut milk and boil on medium heat for  3-4mns and add salt to taste.
