Our Kalio ayam A Family Favorite! 

Especially among the kids, Kalio Ayam Premium instant Halal Paste has its unique non-spicy taste and flavorful as well. Ayam Kalio or also known as “Kalio Daging” works well with not just chicken, but with other meats such as beef, mutton and seafood too.

Kalio ayam method:

1. Add paste to 700ml water and bring to boil.

2. Add 7-8 pcs (1.4kg aprox) of cut chicken and cook on medium heat till chicken is 3/4 done.

3. Add 200-300ml coconut milk and boil on medium heat for  3-4mns and add salt to taste.

Now, give it a try and it will be a must have paste in your household! at least, it does for me! 🙂
